Job Title: Principal

Location: Chennai – Must be willing to relocate with family

School Strength: Minimum 1200 students

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 38 to 49 years
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Principal in a reputed CBSE-affiliated school with at least 1200+ student strength
• Education: Postgraduate degree with B.Ed/M.Ed (mandatory); additional leadership or administrative certifications preferred
• Relocation: Candidate must be willing to relocate with family

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and overall academic and administrative management of the school
• Ensure CBSE compliance and uphold academic excellence and discipline
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
• Promote a student-centric learning environment that encourages innovation and creativity
• Maintain effective communication with parents, faculty, and management
• Manage school operations, budgeting, infrastructure planning, and safety protocols
• Lead school development initiatives, including co-curricular and outreach programs

Preferred Skills:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of CBSE norms and affiliation procedures
• Proficiency in academic planning, staff development, and digital learning tools
• Track record in student performance improvement, staff retention, and stakeholder satisfaction
