Principal Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused technology leader to join Tech Groupwide Management group at Arcesium (TGWM). TGWM is an executive group within technology department responsible for setting the vision, the roadmap and the blueprint for all technology functions including innovation, R&D, technology operations and budgets. This candidate will play a critical role working with technology leadership in driving these initiatives:

Key Responsibilities:

• A formal degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 8 - 13 years of experience in building technology solutions.
• Work with COO Technology and Head of Technology India to define and drive impactful strategic operational changes.
• Sets up a framework for executing the strategy of operational and engineering excellence by closely collaborating with senior technology leaders.
• Challenges the status quo with leadership and recommend course-corrective, innovative solutions to ensure right outcomes are obtained.
• Oversee the performance, reliability, and scalability of technology infrastructure.
• Refresh and maintain freshness to key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
• Drive improvements in system uptime, developer productivity, and operational efficiency
• Drive and support cross cutting technology initiatives that span multiple teams and domains, ensuring integration and alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Own and manage the R&D budget, closely monitoring budget vs. actual performance. Take proactive measures to address any budget drift or unforeseen costs.
• Be deeply involved in the execution of R&D initiatives, assessing potential risks and providing timely updates on project progress. Use risk assessment and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Guide and mentor R&D teams, fostering an environment of innovation and accountability. Ensure teams have the resources and support needed to succeed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operations role within a technology-driven organization, preferably in FinTech.
• Strong background in technology infrastructure, software development, or technology operations.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets, optimizing operations, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
