Technical Expertise:

Enterprise Architecture: Experience creating reference architectures, capability maps, and solution blueprints aligned to business strategy

• Digital & Cloud Transformation: Led or contributed to enterprise cloud migrations, legacy modernization, and data/AI-driven transformations
• Stakeholder Alignment: Proven success working with CXOs, product owners, and business sponsors to define MVPs and prioritize roadmaps
• Pre-Sales & Proposal Support: Expertise in crafting architecture RFP responses, SoWs, and estimation models for cloud and platform engagements
• Tech Strategy & Governance: Experience in defining guardrails, architectural runway, and technology standards in matrix organizations.

Leadership & Execution

• Team Management: Experience in Leading cross-functional teams including architecture, backend, data, frontend and DevOps
• Client Engagement: Strong stakeholder management and pre-sales solutioning capabilities
• Agile Delivery: Champion of Agile best practices, sprint planning, and continuous delivery
• Communication: Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and design of scalable, secure, AI-driven platforms
• Mentor and manage high-performing engineers across disciplines
• Own cloud infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and secure deployments
• Act as key technical stakeholder for client delivery, product strategy, and pre-sales engagements
