Principal Solutions Architect

As a Principal Solutions Architect at our company, your primary role is to deliver faster, smarter, and better business outcomes for our clients and partners. You will play a crucial part in driving the architecture and execution of cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect with deep expertise in GCP/AWS Cloud to design, implement, and manage innovative cloud solutions for enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include setting the technical direction for complex solutions, providing thought leadership in emerging cloud technologies, and offering technical guidance to development and project teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set the technical direction and roadmap for complex solutions, aligning with long-term business objectives and technology strategies - Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies, AI/ML advancements, and industry best practices - Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other architects and project teams - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging at senior executive levels to influence their cloud journey - Design comprehensive, robust, scalable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions for clients - Create detailed technical blueprints for solutions and evaluate appropriate technologies and platforms - Design solutions that leverage cloud services, automation, and modern architectural patterns - Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) for the assigned market/geographies - Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal writing, and client presentations - Drive a culture of constant improvement and establish the company as the best software engineering partner **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from a reputed institute or equivalent experience - 8+ years of Solutions Architect experience with GCP/AWS and hybrid cloud solutions - Experience in network infrastructure, security, application development, and building global cloud-based systems - Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code - Strong analytical aptitude, passion for technology, and a desire to deliver innovative solutions We believe that education is essential, but we value practical experience and a passion for technology more.
