Experience : 8–10 years of teaching and administrative experience Job Description : As the academic and administrative head of the school, the Principal will be responsible for setting the vision, mission, and tone of the institution while ensuring excellence in education delivery. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities : Lead curriculum planning and implementation across all grades and departments. Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. Promote academic excellence and high-quality teaching practices. Manage school budgets, resources, and infrastructure. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, affiliation standards, and examination norms. Conduct regular meetings with staff, parents, and management to foster collaboration. Introduce innovative teaching strategies and maintain a learner-centric environment. Oversee admissions, discipline, events, and student development programs. Represent the school at academic and community events. Build relationships with educational authorities, vendors, and external partners. 2. Vice Principal Qualifications : PGT / TGT / PRT / NTT Experience : Preferred 5+ years in teaching/administration Job Description : The Vice Principal acts as the second-in-command and works in close association with the Principal to manage daily operations of the school. They must demonstrate a blend of academic understanding, leadership, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth functioning of all academic and co-curricular activities. Key Responsibilities : Support curriculum execution, faculty coordination, and student progress monitoring. Assist the Principal in staff recruitment, evaluation, and professional development. Monitor classroom teaching and guide teachers in lesson planning and pedagogy. Address student discipline issues and parent queries. Organize and oversee school functions, assemblies, and cultural events. Ensure timely completion of academic reports, exam schedules, and assessments. Serve as acting Principal in the absence of the Principal. Foster a positive learning environment and inclusive school culture.
