Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all academic and administrative functions of the college.
Ensure compliance with INC, State Nursing Council, and Health Department norms.
Supervise the development and implementation of curriculum and training programs for ANM students.
Guide faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
Maintain discipline, academic integrity, and a student-centric environment on campus.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections, affiliations, renewals, and audits.
Ensure proper conduct of internal assessments, university examinations, and practical training.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare centers, and community health partners for clinical training and placements.
Promote research, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation as required by governing bodies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹96,039.82 per month
