Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the Principal role at Anveshna Public Schools, located in Vishakhapatnam. The Principal will oversee the academic and administrative functions of the school, ensure adherence to educational standards, and promote a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with staff and teachers, addressing student and parent concerns, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with the school's policies and government regulations.

• Leadership and organizational skills to manage academic and administrative operations
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal abilities to foster a positive school culture
• Proficiency in curriculum development and educational program planning
• Ability to develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with education standards and goals
• Experience in staff management, teacher mentorship, and team building
• Master's degree in Education, Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a leadership or management role within an educational institution
• Knowledge of local and national education regulations
