In this role, you are responsible for leading the 360 degree recruitment for Product Companies.We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Talent Advisor to join our Engineering Recruitment team. This role requires a Self-Starter, Strategic-minded and Performance-focused individual who can independently run a business unit, partnering closely with Executives or Senior Leadership layer in the business to drive strategic hiring initiatives. As a key Point of Contact (POC) for the entire business, you will -

act as a Trusted Advisor to senior hiring leaders in finding and hiring the best in-class talent in a variety of Engineering roles (from Software Dev, Cybersecurity, AI and ML) across India region.
lead and implement complex projects like (Employer Branding, Quality of Hire, etc.), deeply understand our products and business goals, and uplift the performance of the team.

This is a strategic role, not just a transactional one. We seek a recruiter who can see the bigger picture, understand how different pieces fit together, and apply structured, critical thinking to solve complex hiring challenges. You will partner with Business leaders to build out our growing teams. We need someone with strong technical recruiting experience, that is driven, eager, play to win and able to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
