Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise overall

  academic, administrative, and admission operations

  of the school
• Implement curriculum standards and ensure high-quality teaching delivery
• Drive

  student admissions, handle enquiries, conduct school tours and parent interactions

• Promote discipline, innovation, and student-centered learning practices
• Recruit, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
• Maintain strong communication with

  parents, students, faculty, and management

• Plan and execute

  academic activities, events, competitions, and co-curricular programs

• Monitor school performance, compliance with educational regulations, and uphold institutional values and vision

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A dynamic and confident leader with strong presence and communication skills
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in reputed schools (PG to Grade 12 preferred)
• Must hold a Postgraduate degree with B.Ed
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and administrative skills
• Demonstrated ability to engage with students, motivate teams, and interact with parents
• Energetic, articulate, and passionate about school development and academic excellence
