Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Architecture:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation solutions using Ansible and Python, ensuring scalability and robustness.
Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams in designing innovative automation features and mentor team members on code quality and automation methodologies.
Quality Assurance:
Write clean, efficient, well-documented code and identify bottlenecks to enhance existing frameworks.
Troubleshooting:
Debug complex automation issues and provide expert guidance on resolution.
Strategy:
Stay abreast of industry trends to continuously improve automation strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
10+ Years in Software Development/Automation.
Core Tech:
Deep knowledge of Python and extensive experience with Automation Frameworks (specifically Ansible).
Tools:
Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
