Job Description

Job Title:

Work Mode - Remote

Shift - 3pm to 12 am

Job Summary:

Lead the design and development of Power Automate flows and integrations, automating processes across SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, low-code solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow performance, exceptions, and production support.
Continuously optimize workflows for performance tuning and error reduction.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process diagrams, user guides, and deployment plans.
Mentor and train junior developers and business users on Power Platform capabilities and best practices

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows), Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), and Dataverse.
Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
Proficiency in databases (e.g., SQL Server or MySQL) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript, Excel Macro, Python).
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and application-level troubleshooting.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of API integration and workflow automation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
57 years of overall experience in RPA, with at least 23 years specifically in Power Automate development.
Overall experience required 5 Or 5+Years.
