Experience:

Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in the education sector

At least 5 years in senior leadership roles such as Headmistress, Vice-Principal, Principal, or Director

Proven experience in school administration, strategic planning, and overall institutional

management

Strong understanding of academic frameworks, school operations, and regulatory compliances

Educational Qualification:

Master s degree in any discipline (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.)

B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory

Additional leadership, management, or administrative certifications preferred (e.g., Educational

Leadership, School Management)
