Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of academic performance and student behavior.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of teachers and staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement educational programs that support the diverse needs of all students.
• Engage with parents, staff, and the community to promote school activities, initiatives, and goals.
• Ensure compliance with local educational policies, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Education.
• Experience in educational leadership or teaching, with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for student success and fostering a safe and nurturing school / college environment.
