Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bardoli branch for the position of Principal. The Principal will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school, implementing educational policies, overseeing academic programs, and ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment for students. The Principal will also be responsible for staff development, maintaining effective communication with parents and the community, and leading initiatives to improve student performance and school standards.

• Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and educational policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in education
• Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Experience in a similar role or prior teaching experience
