Role & responsibilities

• The Principal will be responsible for the strategic, academic and administrative leadership of the school.
• The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing diversified international programmes, guiding faculty development, engaging stakeholders and ensuring the holistic growth of the school.

1. Academic Leadership

• Oversee implementation of the CBSE curriculum in line with NEP guidelines.
• Ensure timely planning and execution of lesson plans, assessments, and co-curricular activities.
• Monitor academic performance and intervene as needed to maintain high standards.
• Facilitate teacher training and professional development programs.

  2. Administrative Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of the school, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation and examination regulations.
• Oversee admissions, budgeting, fee collection, and school infrastructure.
• Liaise with the CBSE Board, education authorities, and other stakeholders.

• 3. Staff Supervision & Development

• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and performance appraisal of teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication and alignment.

• 4. Student Development & Discipline

• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students.
• Promote value-based education, life skills, and emotional well-being.
• Address disciplinary issues fairly and in accordance with the school policy.

• 5. Parental & Community Engagement

• Establish strong communication channels with parents and guardians.
• Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings, school events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Represent the school in external forums, inter-school events, and education fairs.
