The school will cater to Classes 6 through 12 with two sections per class, and construction of the modern campus is scheduled to be completed by Sep tem ber 226. We are looking for an experienced academic leader who can guide all aspects of school setup—including statutory clearances, academic planning, faculty recruitment, and operation s manaement. Ke y R esponsiilities - Lead all activities related to establishing the CBSE school, including obtaining all statutory approvals an d affilitions. - Oversee academic planning, curriculum design, and implementation in l ine with CBS norms. - Build and manage a high-performing team of teachers and ad m inistratie staff. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely completion of build ing s and infratructure. - Develop and implement school policies, code of conduct, academic calendar, and performancestandards. - Lead student enrollment drives, school brand ing , and communiy outreach. - Ensure high standards of academic excellence, disci p line, and stuent welfare. - Manage budgets, procurement, and adm ini strative system efficiently. - Report to the Management Committee and collaborate closely t o achieve the scool’s m is sion. Requred Qualifications - Master’s Degree in a relevant field with B.Ed. or equ iva lent qualification s per CBSE norms. - Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and at least 5 years of proven administrative or leadership experience as Principal or Vice - Principal in a reconized CBSE school. - Strong understanding of CBSE affiliation procedures, school operat ion s, and statutory compiance requirements. - Excellent leadershi p , interpersonal, and ommunication skills. - Proficiency in Engl ish(spoken and written) Desired Attributes - Strategic thinker with a pas sion for academic and istitutional development. - Ability to handle end-to-end school establishment, includ ing government liaising and inrastructure coordination. - Proven record of successfully l e ading academic teams and imroving school performance. - Strong commit men t to community engagem ent andstudent-centered educaion.
