Principal

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our institution with vision, integrity, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and administrative leadership aligned with CBSE norms.
• Oversee curriculum planning, classroom practices and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE requirements including affiliation, examination procedures, documentation etc.
• Effectively implement the NEP 2020 framework in the school.
• Lead and coordinate the school’s SQAAF (School Quality Assessment and Assurance Framework) processes and reporting.
• Promote a positive school culture rooted in discipline, values, and respect.
• Adapt to evolving educational requirements and drive innovation.
• Be comfortable with digital platforms, EdTech tools, MIS systems and online documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s Degree with B.Ed/M.Ed (as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 5–10 years of teaching & 5 years administrative experience, including leadership role (Vice-Principal/Coordinator/Principal).
• Strong knowledge of CBSE procedures, NEP, and SQAAF implementation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skills.
• Tech-savvy and open to continuous learning.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
