Key Responsibilities: Provide academic and administrative leadership aligned with CBSE norms. Oversee curriculum planning, classroom practices and staff development. Ensure compliance with CBSE requirements including affiliation, examination procedures, documentation etc. Effectively implement the NEP 2020 framework in the school. Lead and coordinate the school’s SQAAF (School Quality Assessment and Assurance Framework) processes and reporting. Promote a positive school culture rooted in discipline, values, and respect. Adapt to evolving educational requirements and drive innovation. Be comfortable with digital platforms, EdTech tools, MIS systems and online documentation. Required Qualifications & Experience: Master’s Degree with B.Ed/M.Ed (as per CBSE norms). Minimum 5–10 years of teaching & 5 years administrative experience, including leadership role (Vice-Principal/Coordinator/Principal). Strong knowledge of CBSE procedures, NEP, and SQAAF implementation. Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skills. Tech-savvy and open to continuous learning.
