Job Summary

As a ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer specializing in ServiceNow HRSD you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that enhance our HR service delivery. With a focus on innovation and efficiency you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing our processes ensuring seamless integration and functionality within our systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow HRSD to enhance HR service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with existing systems and processes.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to maintain high availability and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure to identify potential risks and areas for enhancement.
Oversee the deployment of updates and patches to ensure system security and compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve infrastructure efficiency.
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
Contribute to the development of strategic plans for infrastructure growth and scalability.

Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and its application in infrastructure development.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Exhibit proficiency in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions.
Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
Show excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure challenges.
Hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD.
