Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal at our Group Play School in Patna. The Principal will oversee daily school operations, implement and monitor curriculum standards, and provide strong educational leadership. Responsibilities include mentoring teachers, ensuring adherence to quality education practices, fostering a nurturing environment for young learners, managing staff, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with educational guidelines and policies. The Principal will also be an advocate for enriching learning experiences that align with India LEARN's mission.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Curriculum Development and a thorough understanding of early education frameworks
• Proven experience in Educational Leadership, managing staff, and fostering an engaging learning environment
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, parents, and community stakeholders
• Familiarity with Middle School and broader education systems (knowledge of pre-primary and middle school education is an advantage)
• Understanding of modern Education practices aligned with national standards such as NEP, NCP, and ECCE
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the education sector, particularly in pre-primary or early childhood education
