Principal Functional Consultant - Professional Services(Ariba)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Ariba Principal Consultant to lead global implementations and support procurement digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge across multiple Ariba modules and the ability to guide clients through best-in-class sourcing and procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

end-to-end implementation

• Ariba Buying and Invoicing
• Ariba Sourcing
• Ariba Contract Management
• Supplier Lifecycle and Performance

business process analysis

Configure Ariba solutions to meet client-specific requirements.

Collaborate with integration and technical teams to ensure seamless ERP (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) connectivity.

workshops, UAT, training sessions

best practices in procurement

Provide post-go-live support and stabilization assistance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Ariba functional consulting.
• Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Ariba implementations in a lead consultant role.
• Strong expertise in

  Source-to-Pay (S2P)

  process flows.
• Experience working with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration touchpoints.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Ariba Functional Certification (Preferred).
