Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Principal to lead our institution in Gangapur city . The Principal will oversee the operational, academic, and administrative functions of the school, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning. Responsibilities include staff recruitment and training, curriculum planning, student performance analysis, ensuring discipline, liaising with parents, and adhering to state education regulations. The successful candidate will implement the institution's vision and create a holistic learning environment for students and faculty.

Qualifications

• Educational leadership and school management skills, including recruitment, staff development, and strategic planning
• Experience in curriculum design, student performance evaluation, and educational best practices
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to foster a positive school culture
• Knowledge of educational laws and policies, and the ability to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Preferred: Previous experience as a Principal or similar leadership role in a reputed educational institution
• Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is required
• Proficiency in using digital tools for administrative and academic purposes
• Ability to manage relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
