Job Description

Principal - Family Office Relationships (East & Central India) Develop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, family office executives, and wealth advisors, serving as the primary liaison between the firm and its family office clients. Strategically identify and engage prospective family offices, conduct needs assessments, and tailor investment opportunities that align with their long-term objectives and multi-generational wealth strategies. Serve as a subject matter expert on private equity, alternative investments, and wealth preservation solutions, effectively communicating complex financial structures and investment vehicles to sophisticated stakeholders. Collaborate with internal investment, legal, and client service teams to deliver white-glove service and ensure seamless execution and reporting of bespoke investment solutions. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and exclusive family office gatherings to strengthen brand visibility and build strategic alliances within the UHNW ecosystem. Maintain ongoing communication with family office principals and stakeholders, providing regular portfolio updates, market insights, and personalized investment recommendations. Monitor client satisfaction and anticipate evolving family office needs, working proactively to adapt services and maintain long-term relationships across generations. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and fiduciary responsibility in all client interactions and engagements. Lead initiatives to gather and analyze market intelligence on family office trends, emerging asset classes, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
