Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal Engineer to lead complex construction and engineering projects. The role involves technical leadership, project management, team supervision, and client engagement to ensure successful delivery of high-quality projects within set timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and construction stages of large-scale or complex projects.
• Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians, ensuring continuous professional growth.
• Oversee preparation and review of structural/engineering designs, drawings, and reports.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance across all engineering deliverables.
• Manage project resources, budgets, schedules, and profitability.
• Prepare proposals, fee negotiations, and project presentations for clients.
• Act as primary client representative, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, MEP, contractors, consultants).
• Ensure adherence to IS codes, international standards, and QHSE policies.
• Conduct team performance reviews and support development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.
• Master’s degree or Chartered Engineer status preferred.
• 10–15 years of proven experience in engineering consultancy/construction projects.
• Strong expertise in concept & detailed design, high-rise buildings, construction methods, procurement, and risk management.
• Proficiency in engineering design software (STAAD. Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Demonstrated track record of managing multidisciplinary projects successfully.
