Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Consultant located in Gurgaon. The Principal Consultant will be responsible for leading and managing client projects, conducting operator searches and contract negotiations, overseeing pre-opening operations, planning procurement, and providing training for hotel operations. Additionally, the role involves project advisory, conducting hotel operations reviews, and ensuring the successful delivery of client objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in operator search and contract negotiations
• Skills in pre-opening operations and procurement planning
• Ability to conduct manpower planning and hotel operations training
• Experienced in project advisory and hotel operations review
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and project advisory abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Professional qualification fron The Oberoi School of Hotel management.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly within South Asia and the Middle East.
