We are dedicated to delivering expert advice and solutions to our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Consultant located in Gurgaon. The Principal Consultant will be responsible for leading and managing client projects, conducting operator searches and contract negotiations, overseeing pre-opening operations, planning procurement, and providing training for hotel operations. Additionally, the role involves project advisory, conducting hotel operations reviews, and ensuring the successful delivery of client objectives. Qualifications Experience in operator search and contract negotiations Skills in pre-opening operations and procurement planning Ability to conduct manpower planning and hotel operations training Experienced in project advisory and hotel operations review Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and project advisory abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Diploma in Hospitality Management, Professional qualification fron The Oberoi School of Hotel management.
