Principal Consultant Solution Design

As a member of the Solution Design team, your role will involve collaborating closely with the Sales organization to develop winning solutions for prospects and clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include reviewing current operations, developing future processes, conducting SWOT and financial analysis, managing databases, and analyzing win/loss trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business in the market - Understand client needs and translate them into innovative solutions - Participate in Discovery exercises for HRO prospects - Maintain and update the knowledge repository - Generate new business through market analysis and proactive initiatives - Create HRO solutions that enrich service offerings - Coordinate with various functions within the company to synthesize knowledge and resources - Continuously update knowledge on processes and technologies related to HRO - Develop implementation plans for transition projects - Manage relationships with various support functions to ensure smooth operations - Lead HRO solutions for client engagements - Create and present pricing inputs, demos, and client workshops - Draft Statements of Work (SOW) and define responsibilities for HRO solutions - Conduct due diligence to validate solutions and pricing - Articulate the value proposition of Infosys BPM HRO Services - Bring in industry best practices and design innovative solutions - Develop new offerings and go-to-market strategies in the HRO space Qualifications Required: - Educational qualifications: MBA with 9-12 years of relevant experience or Graduation with 12-15 years of relevant experience from a top-tier college - Experience in RFP/RFI proposals in the HRO domain - Proficiency in BPM HRO Solution Design or Operations - Understanding of current trends and technologies in the HRO space - Expertise in effort estimation, productivity assessment, and RFP response approach - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for client interactions Preferred Skills: - Solution Design expertise,
