Salary Range: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month
Experience Required: 4–5 years in educational leadership or administration

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our school in Samastipur, Bihar. The Principal will be responsible for academic leadership, administrative management, and fostering a positive learning environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school.
• Develop, implement, and monitor academic programs and policies.
• Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure high performance.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and well-being of students and staff.
• Oversee admissions, curriculum planning, and co-curricular activities.
• Coordinate with parents, community, and education authorities.
• Manage school budget, resources, and infrastructure efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teachers, staff, and students.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.
