Role Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Primavera Trainer to join our remote academic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive training sessions on project planning, scheduling, and control using Primavera P6 . The role also involves mentoring learners and helping them gain practical skills required for careers in project management within the engineering and construction sectors. Key Responsibilities Conduct live online training sessions on Primavera P6 fundamentals, project planning, scheduling, resource management, and reporting. Explain real-world project workflows, industry use-cases, and best practices in project controls. Create and update instructional materials, including lesson plans, exercises, case studies, and assessments. Guide students through hands-on projects and assignments to build a professional project portfolio. Evaluate learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning needs. Collaborate with curriculum development teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance. Keep abreast of current trends and advancements in project planning tools and project management methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience using Primavera P6 in project planning, scheduling, or construction management. Strong understanding of project lifecycle, WBS, critical path method (CPM), resource leveling, and baseline management. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver technical training effectively. Previous experience in training, mentoring, or academic instruction is an advantage.
