About The Role
We are hiring a dedicated
Primary Mathematics Teacher (PRT)
for our partner schools. This is a full-time
on-site role with food and accommodation provided
.You will teach
Grades K–6
, focusing on
activity-based mathematics, strong classroom management, and differentiated instruction
to support mixed-ability learners. Teaching will align with
CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards
.Candidates with prior
PRT/elementary experience
and familiarity with
primary-level assessments, remedial numeracy techniques, and use of hands-on manipulatives
are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for Grades K–6.
- Create age-appropriate resources: worksheets, manipulatives, and activities.
- Use assessments to track student progress and adapt instruction.
- Differentiate teaching for remedial and advanced learners.
- Maintain effective classroom management and communicate with parents.
- Participate in school events, curriculum planning, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Ed. or equivalent qualification with focus on Mathematics.
- 1–4 years of primary/elementary classroom experience.
- Strong lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable using basic classroom technology (smart boards, projectors).
- Good communication skills in English and/or a regional language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CBSE/ICSE curricula and activity-based pedagogy.
- Certification/training in early childhood, remedial numeracy, or special needs education.
- Exposure to modern teaching methodologies and pedagogy workshops.
