Job Description

Role Overview
  • As a Business Product, Pricing Development & Procurement Specialist, you will define product strategy, manage pricing frameworks, and handle end-to-end procurement to support our solar clients growth.
  • What You ll Do
  • 1) Lead product development: evaluate solar products, maintain approval workflows, and manage compliance standards.
  • 2) Develop pricing strategies: analyze cost models, competitor pricing, and government rebate impacts.
    Source and negotiate: identify suppliers (panels, inverters, tech), negotiate contracts, optimize cost-quality mix.
  • 3) Manage supplier relationships & performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • 4) Collaborate cross-functionally: with sales, finance, legal, and compliance to align pricingproduct roll-out.
  • 5) Monitor market shifts: stay updated on solar tech trends, material costs, and regulatory changes.
  • 6) Maintain ERPCRM systems: update product lists, pricing templates, and procurement records.
  • 7) Prepare reports: product pipelines, pricing performance, cost savings, and procurement metrics.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • 3) Fluent in English with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • 4) Analytical mindset with expertise in cost modeling and data-driven pricing
    • 5) Experienced in vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier performance tracking
    • 6) Tech-savvy: ERPCRM systems, pricing tools, Excel, PowerPoint
    • 7) Self-starter, organized, able to thrive in early-shift environment
