Job Description

Education - Diploma Job Responsibilities : 1.Oversee the pretreatment process, which involves cleaning, degreasing, and surface preparation of materials to BE electrodeposited. 2.Manage the electrodeposition process, ensuring the even and consistent application of coatings or plating materials on the prepared surfaces. Supervise a team of technicians and operators involved in the pretreatment and electrodeposition processes, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. 3.Monitor and maintain the equipment and machinery used in BOTH pretreatment and electrodeposition to ensure their proper functioning. 4.Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality and adherence to industry specifications. 5.Collaborate with the Production and quality control departments to schedule and coordinate the pretreatment and electrodeposition processes to meet Production goals. 6.Troubleshoot and address any technical issues or defects that May arise during the processes. 7.Maintain records of process parameters, product specifications, and inventory levels. 8.Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in BOTH pretreatment and electrodeposition operations. 9.Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the pretreatment and electrodeposition processes. Functional/Technical: - Strong knowledge of pretreatment and electrodeposition processes, including relevant chemical treatments and coating materials. - Quality control and inspection skills to maintain product quality and adherence to specifications. - Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for technical issues that may arise during processes. - Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations. - Detail-oriented and organized to maintain records and manage processes effectively.
