Role & responsibilities - Perform high-quality welding on IBR-certified boilers, steam pipelines, and pressure parts. Carry out welding activities as per IBR standards, codes, and approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification). Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols accurately. Operate welding machines (TIG, ARC, MIG, etc.) and use proper electrodes/materials for welding jobs. Execute fabrication, repair, and modification of boiler pressure parts, headers, valves, and piping systems. Ensure proper joint preparation, alignment, and fit-up before welding. Perform welding in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead) and confined spaces as required. Conduct pre-weld and post-weld inspections and assist in hydro and radiographic testing. Maintain welding tools, equipment, and safety PPE in good working condition. Adhere to all safety guidelines, permit systems, and IBR regulations during work execution. Maintain records of welding jobs, WQT (Welder Qualification Test), and IBR documentation. Coordinate with boiler engineers, inspectors, and third-party agencies during IBR approvals. Support emergency shutdowns, turnarounds, and preventive maintenance activities. Keep the work area clean and ensure proper disposal of welding waste and consumables. Participate in safety drills, toolbox talks, and welding quality improvement programs. Preferred candidate profile : ITI certified & IBR Certified

To create new account & rebuild business relation with customers. Managing Sales Activities & execution of the project Responsible for Specification Driving, Project Bidding and Business Development. Resolving payment issues in direct business to ensure payment collection in time. Coordinate with Service Engineers, after sales support, Key account management etc Business analysis Keeping the close track of the competitors activities like there new product range, area, segmentation, project or channels Sales Technical Management Mapping clients requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals (techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.

Plan, execute, and document calibration of instruments used in production, quality, and utility areas (pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, level transmitters, etc.) Maintain calibration schedules and records as per ISO/IEC 17025, GMP, or industry-specific standards. Troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems to resolve faults and deviations. Coordinate with third-party calibration service providers and ensure traceability to national/international standards. Support the installation and commissioning of new instruments and control systems. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for calibration and instrumentation maintenance. Participate in audits (internal, customer, or regulatory) by providing necessary calibration documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to instrumentation work. Monitor and maintain inventory of calibration tools, spares, and reference instruments. Assist in process improvement and cost-saving initiatives involving instrumentation.
