Role & responsibilities Inspects tests, adjusts, and repairs electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to indicate, record, and control generating operations in conventional process plant: Inspects meters, indicators, and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations. Tests accuracy of flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers or detectors, and other recording, indicating or controlling instruments to locate defective components in system, using test equipment, such as pressure gauges, mercury manometers, potentiometers, pulses, load cell, PID Controller, PH Meter, Level Gauge & Level Transmitter. Prepares schematic drawings, sketches, and reports to reflect changes or alterations made in instruments, circuits, and systems. disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts, using hand tools. Reassembles instruments and replaces instruments in system, using hand tools. Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing. Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function. Records calibrations made, parts and components used, and inventory of parts on hand. Responsible for EHS & RC Related compliance. May be designated according to type power plant as Process-Plant-Instrument Technician, Instrument Repairer, Boiler Plant. Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, Preferred candidate profile Working knowledge Emerson / Yokogawa DCS, Programable Logic Controller based chemical manufacturing plant. Technical knowledge of field instruments like flow meter, flow switches, control valves etc.

Role & responsibilities Maintenance & trouble shooting of DCS (Emerson/Yokogawa) & PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens) system Installation, maintenance, configuration & calibration of all types of field instruments such as different types of valves, flow meters, flow switches, smart transmitters for pressure, level and temperature, I/P converter, control valves, pressure switches, weighing bridges, weighing scale, PID Controller, CCTV system of different makes etc. Plant Maintenance work related to instrumentation for smooth functioning AC/DC drives-Programming and trouble shooting. Erection and commissioning of various instruments Maintenance of different types of electronics and pneumatic instruments Preferred candidate profile Problem solving & trouble shooting skills Technical knowledge of field instruments like flow meter, flow switches, control valves Distributed control system (DCS), Programmable logic controllers (PLC) Working knowledge of SAP

Role & responsibilities Trouble shooting of Pumps, Air Compressor, Roots Blowers, Centrifugal Blower, Heat Exchanger, Mechanical Seals, bag filters, vibrating machines, gear boxes, conveyors etc. Handling of shift mechanical maintenance & solving problems related to equipment in chemical plant. Should have knowledge of alignment of all rotary equipment. Carry out Predictive, preventive, breakdown and shut down maintenance activities Utilization of available resources efficiently like manpower, material Updating of maintenance related documents & records like history cards, log book, RCA etc. Knowledge about SAP - PM & MM module for creation of notifications, work orders, issue of material, PR creation etc. Energy saving and improvement initiatives to reduce the cost or improving of productivity. Should have knowledge about safe work practices, permit to work and to carry out maintenance jobs with safety precautions. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years of experience preferably in chemical/food/fertilizer manufacturing companies.
