Job Title: President Projects Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / Equivalent Project Management Certification is required Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced President Projects to lead and oversee end-to-end project execution across multiple real estate/infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be an IIT graduate with a strong background in project management and certified in industry-standard methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2). Key Responsibilities: Lead large-scale construction projects from inception to completion across residential, commercial, and infrastructure verticals. Provide strategic direction to project planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and delivery. Establish and implement best practices for project governance, safety, quality, and sustainability. Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, contracts, and on-site execution. Review project progress reports, risk assessments, and provide timely resolutions. Coordinate with internal leadership and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within defined budgets. Guide the development of project teams, mentor senior engineers and project managers. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, local laws, and industry norms. Candidate Requirements: Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from IIT is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 20 years in real estate/construction/infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / Equivalent Project Management Certification required. Proven track record of delivering high-value projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, contracts, and legal aspects. Preferred Skills: Strategic thinking and business acumen Tech-savvy with experience in project management tools/software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.) Ability to drive innovation in construction methods and materials
