President - Construction & Business Development (Southern Zone)

You will be responsible for leading the Southern Zone operations (Karnataka & Tamil Nadu) for New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd. (NCCCL), a prominent Engineering, Procurement and Contracting (EPC) firm with over 78 years of experience in the construction industry. Your role will involve driving business development, client relationships, and project delivery, while upholding the company's commitment to quality, safety, and timely completion. As a seasoned Techno-Commercial Leader, you will have the opportunity to build a profitable business unit in the Southern Zone underpinned by strong leadership and core team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead business development efforts and engage with top developers, corporates, and institutions in Karnataka & Tamil Nadu. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and PMCs. - Identify and pursue large-scale projects aligned with NCCCL's strategy. - Oversee execution of ongoing projects, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and profitability. - Provide techno-commercial leadership to project teams and handle escalated site issues. - Drive project costing, budgeting, and margin optimization initiatives. - Lead and mentor regional project managers, contracts, and BD teams. **Qualifications & Experience:** - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; MBA/PG in Business Management preferred. - 20+ years of experience in buildings construction with at least 5 years in a leadership role in South India. - Proven track record of winning and delivering large-scale projects. - Strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Southern region. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
