Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ presentation and communication strengths and weaknesses.
• Design customized training programs for improving delivery, storytelling, and slide design.
• Provide feedback on body language, tone, pace, articulation, and stage presence.
• Coach clients on structuring compelling narratives and persuasive content.
• Use tools (PowerPoint, Canva, AI platforms, rehearsal apps) to support skill development.
• Conduct mock presentations and offer constructive, actionable feedback.
• Track client progress and prepare evaluation reports.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in public speaking, presentation software, and coaching techniques.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Prezi, etc.).
• Ability to give constructive, motivational, and actionable feedback.
• Expertise in storytelling, persuasion, and audience engagement techniques.
• Coaching and mentoring abilities with empathy and patience.
• Confidence in working with diverse clients (students, executives, teams).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Professional certification in public speaking, coaching, or training is an asset.
• Prior experience as a trainer, public speaker, corporate coach, or communication specialist.

Work Environment:

• One-on-one coaching sessions (in-person or virtual).
• Group workshops and corporate training.
• Flexible schedules depending on client needs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Client improvement in delivery and confidence.
• Positive client feedback and testimonials.
• Number of successfully coached presentations.
• Repeat clients and referrals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
