Presales Technology Analyst

In this role at Leading Edge Solutions, you will be a Presales Technology Analyst supporting the sales team in delivering tailored solutions to prospective clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the team to understand customer requirements and tailor technical solutions accordingly. - Supporting the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations. - Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify client needs and align product features accordingly. - Translating business requirements into high-level solution designs, product configurations, or proof-of-concept (POC) proposals. - Assisting in creating technical documentation, case studies, and value-based positioning materials. - Participating in client meetings, discovery calls, and solution walkthroughs. - Tracking client feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of presales processes. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in a presales, business analyst, or solution consulting role within the tech industry. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and enterprise IT systems. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
