Job Summary:

  • Lead the response process for Implementation-related RFPs, RFIs, and proposals across domains like IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
  • Design and articulate implementation methodologies, delivery models, and execution plans tailored to customer environments.
  • Develop win themes, competitive differentiators, compliance checklists, and pricing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Pitch and Presentation Management

  • Create compelling PowerPoint decks, customer-facing solution narratives, and value proposition briefs.
  • Support sales leaders and client partners during customer workshops, proposal presentations, and oral defenses.
  • Customize responses and presentations based on customer industry, size, maturity, and technical landscape.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Participate in scoping calls, technical deep dives, and customer workshops to gather precise requirements.
  • Act as the technical lead during pre-sales discussions to align proposed solutions with customer pain points and business outcomes.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers during the RFP and post-submission phases.

Solution Design and Technical Governance

  • Collaborate with practice leads, architects, and SMEs to assemble implementation plans, timelines, and delivery models.
  • Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies related to implementation engagements.
  • Suggest innovation-led improvements, reusable templates, and accelerators for faster go-to-market.

Proposal Tooling & Documentation

  • Prepare detailed documentation using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
  • Maintain trackers, effort estimators, RACI charts, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12–15 years of experience in Technical Pre-sales, Solution Architecture, or Implementation Support roles.
  • Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles across IT systems (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infra, Apps, IAM/PAM, etc.).
  • Proven experience in handling global RFPs and strategic customer deals.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills—able to create structured, visual, and impactful client deliverables.
  • Strong communicator with customer-facing experience in deal shaping and negotiations.
  • Familiarity with pricing models, governance structures, KPIs, and SLA definitions.
  • Hands-on with tools such as MS Office Suite, Visio, estimation models, and effort planning sheets.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology / IT or related disciplines.

Preferred:

  • Experience in working with large SIs, OEMs, or technology service providers.
  • Domain exposure to Cybersecurity, Cloud Migration, Enterprise Applications, or Network Security.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, PMP, or implementation accelerators.
