Role Overview: As a Presales RFP/RFI Analyst at VE3, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and technical teams to deliver tailored software development and cloud solutions to clients across various industries. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience but a strong passion for technology and learning. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in Technical Consultation: Provide guidance on software development and cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. - RFP and Proposal Support: Contribute to the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs by gathering information, drafting content, and ensuring accurate submissions. - Solution Design Support: Assist in designing cloud-based solutions tailored to customer needs under the guidance of senior consultants. - Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand their technical and business requirements. - Sales Engagement: Support the sales team in preparing presentations, demos, and other client-facing materials. - Research and Analysis: Conduct research on emerging technology trends and competitors to help develop innovative solutions. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to learn and contribute to ongoing projects. - Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including meeting notes, solution blueprints, and process guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 6 months to 2 years of experience. - Basic Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Understanding of software development fundamentals or experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or SQL is desirable. - Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. - Eagerness to Learn: Demonstrated interest in technology consulting, sales, or cloud solutions, with a willingness to learn and adapt. - Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and develop solutions. - Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
