Location: Chennai (Relocation Mandatory)

Travel: Yes – Client site visits as required

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can operate as both a Presales

Specialist and a Product Evangelist for our Bizcom.ai product suite.

This role requires strong communication, requirement gathering capability,

product understanding, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution from

start to finish.

You will be the bridge between:

  • Clients
  • Product/Development Team
  • QA/Testing Team
  • Internal Cross-Functional Teams

Presales Responsibilities (Core Presales Role)

  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and position Bizcom.ai products appropriately.
  • Prepare proposals, solution documents, and functional walkthroughs.
  • Support sales team with technical/functional inputs during deal closures.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and coordinate with internal teams for solutioning.
  • Showcase product capabilities and drive product adoption trials/POCs.

Product Evangelist Responsibilities

1. Client Requirement Handling

  • Interact with clients to collect detailed business requirements.
  • Document and validate requirements clearly with functional flow.
  • Convert client needs into actionable items for the development team.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with the development team to align requirements.
  • Work closely with the QA/testing team to ensure changes are properly

tested.

  • Track development progress and unblock inter-team dependencies.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between all stakeholders.

3. Implementation Execution

  • Manage the entire implementation lifecycle for each client.
  • Set up periodic status meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor progress using trackers, timelines, and milestone plans.
  • Perform product configuration, setup, and initial deployment.
  • Validate UAT results with clients and ensure timely sign-off.

4. Ownership & Delivery

  • Take end-to-end ownership of product rollout.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain healthy relationships.
  • Drive adoption and act as a product evangelist during early stages.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Good understanding of SaaS / ERP / CRM workflows (preferred).
  • Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Comfortable coordinating with dev, QA, product, and support teams.
  • Proactive ownership mindset with strong follow-up capability.
  • Basic technical understanding (APIs, modules, integrations) is a plus.
  • Project tracking, documentation, and UAT coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any).
  • Freshers with strong communication + technical aptitude can also apply.

Additional Notes

  • Relocation to Chennai is mandatory.
  • Travel to client locations (within and outside the city) is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
