Presales Manager (HR Tech)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process assessments, due diligence, solution design, and project delivery across IT, people, technology, and process consulting.
• Design and implement client-specific solutions aligned with organizational capabilities.
• Deliver product demonstrations with a consultative approach and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Support Sales and Presales in bid management, RFP/RFI responses, and opportunity analysis.
• Understand system capabilities, application platforms, and HR/benefits domain operations.
• Innovate and finalize new solutions in coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Role based in India with Middle East support (working weekends:

  FridaySaturday

  ).

Critical to Quality

• Experience managing large clients and complex solutions.
• Hands-on experience in at least

  23 ERP/SAP/HRMS implementations

  .
• Strong understanding of

  HR, Payroll, Compliance, Shared Services, and Core HR

  .
• Exposure to

  HR transformation and process improvement projects

  .
• Proficiency with

  HR tools/technologies

  .
• Flexibility to work on Sundays (FridaySaturday weekends).
• Willingness to travel and potential relocation to the Middle East.
