Presales Executive

• Bid management:

  Identify and bid on relevant projects and business opportunities on freelancing platforms like Upwork , Freelancer , and Fiverr.

• Proposal writing:

  Draft clear, concise, and persuasive proposals that highlight the companys value proposition and are tailored to each clients specific requirements.

• Client communication:

  Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and build a positive relationship.

• Market research:

  Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and bidding best practices to improve strategies and outcomes.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with technical teams (e.g., developers, designers) to understand project scope and ensure bids are feasible and accurately priced.

• Reporting and tracking:

  Maintain detailed records of bidding activities, including proposals submitted, client communications, and project wins. Provide regular updates and reports to management.

• Process improvement:

  Assist in standardizing proposal documents and improving bidding processes for increased efficiency.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience:

  3-5 years of experience in bidding, lead generation, or business development is preferred

• Communication skills:

  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for writing proposals and interacting with international clients.

• Proposal writing:

  Demonstrated ability to write persuasive, well-structured, and high-quality proposals.

• Attention to detail:

  Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bid documents and compliance with all client requirements.

• Platform knowledge:

  Familiarity with online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer) is highly advantageous.

• Technical aptitude:

  Basic understanding of the companys services and technical domain (e.g., UI/UX design, web development) is a plus.

• Soft skills:

  Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work under pressure, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Education:
