Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Presales Executive to join our sales team at Shree Venkatesh Buildcon. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales lifecycle. Role & responsibilities Handle incoming inquiries through calls, emails, and web forms. Qualify and nurture leads before passing them to the sales team. Understand customer requirements and provide project information. Provide accurate project information and resolve customer queries. Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective clients Identifying potential clients and developing relationships with them to build lasting business relationships Creating proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of a product or service offering to a customer in order to secure a contract or agreement to purchase a product or service Managing the pre-sales process from start to finish including creating forecasts, managing budgets, and setting goals for each pre-sales person Working closely with other members of the sales and marketing team to coordinate efforts and identify opportunities for growth in the market Establishing a system for tracking sales leads to ensure they are followed up on in a timely manner Preferred candidate profile 24 years of experience in presales Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
