identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients, understanding industry demands, and initiating direct contact to secure leads. Generate high-quality leads through proactive networking, cold calls, referrals, and digital platforms to fill the sales pipeline Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, trust-building, and personalized service to encourage repeat business. Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential gaps where products or services can meet demand. Present products or services in a clear, compelling way that aligns solutions with specific client needs and expectations. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients, ensuring win win agreements that benefit both parties. Close deals efficiently by following up with prospects, handling objections, and pushing contracts to completion successfully. Maintain accurate, organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal statuses for reporting and tracking. Analyse personal sales performance regularly to identify areas of improvement and implement adjustments as necessary to optimize results. Own and deliver against MRR and ARR targets for the team.
