Job Summary:

The Pre-Sales Executive will play a key role in supporting the sales team by handling customer inquiries, generating leads, providing project information, and ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales department. The role involves proactive communication, client coordination, and maintaining strong relationships to enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and share detailed information about Sameera Groups’ real estate projects.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for client meetings.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
• Support the sales team with presentations, brochures, and project information.
• Provide timely follow-ups and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities and campaign follow-ups.
• Prepare daily and weekly lead status reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
