Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Engage with
HNI & Ultra HNI clients
through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Explain project details clearly and convincingly over the phone.
Fix and follow up on
site visits
with potential buyers.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable luxury/ultra-luxury real estate projects.
Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building throughout the presales cycle.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Keep track of inquiries, interactions, and responses using CRM tools.

Requirements

Minimum
3 years of experience
in presales/inside sales in the
real estate sector
.
Must have experience handling
8 crore+ ticket size clients
.
Strong communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage high-pressure environments and premium clientele expectations.
Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.
Must be well-presented and confident while dealing with elite customer segment.
