Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in understanding client needs and preparing customized proposals and presentations.
  
• Engage with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to explain company products and services.
  
• Support in creating marketing and pre-sales materials such as pitch decks, RFP responses, and solution briefs.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure proposals meet client requirements.
  
• Conduct research on industries, clients, and competitors to help strengthen business proposals.
  
• Maintain client interaction records and follow-up updates in the CRM system.
  
• Participate in sales meetings, events, and client presentations as needed.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any relevant field.

• Experience:

  0–2 years (Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent command of

  spoken and written English

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
