Job Title: Presales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Presales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by understanding client requirements, providing technical and business solutions, and creating compelling proposals to drive successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical walkthroughs for prospective clients.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product teams) to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance the value proposition.
  • Assist in creating sales collateral, case studies, and other presales materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth deal closures.
  • Gather feedback from clients and provide insights to improve products and services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in presales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of Data center products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and offer strategic solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and presentation tools.
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in electronica and telecommunicaton presales.
  • Knowledge of proposal writing and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analytics.
