Job Description

The Pre-Sales Executive will serve as the front-line point of contact for prospective real-estate buyers and clients. The role involves engaging leads, presenting property offerings, coordinating site visits, nurturing prospects, and handing over qualified leads to the closure/ sales team. The candidate should combine good communication skills, real-estate awareness, CRM discipline and customer-facing energy.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, chat, walk-ins, digital campaigns.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client requirements (budget, location, timeline, preferences).
  • Provide detailed property information: project features, floor-plans, payment plans, financing options, timelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits, client meetings and property tours with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM/lead-tracking systems with all client interactions, status updates, and follow-ups.
  • Support creation of reports/ dashboards on lead status, conversion ratios (lead ? visit ? booking) and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, documentation and sales teams to ensure smooth hand-over from pre-sales to closure.
  • Stay updated on the real-estate market, competitor projects, regulatory environment, pricing trends to better engage clients.
  • Achieve assigned performance metrics / KPIs (e.g., number of calls, site visits scheduled, lead conversion rate).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (any discipline); preferably in Business, Marketing, Real-Estate or related field.

Prior experience (6 months - 3 years) in pre-sales, tele-sales, inside sales or client-facing role ideally in real estate.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills; ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Good organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving environment.

Basic knowledge of real-estate domain: property types, payment plans, market trends, regulatory aspects.

Local language proficiency (in addition to English) is often a plus.
